· Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
· Good computer skills – MS Office / Internet Surfing / Mailing / Typing Speed (Tally knowledge is added advantage).
· Proficiency in English is must.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Job Description:
· Proper co-ordination with Sales team & related departments.
· Maintain customer relationships / respond to customer complaints.
· Ensure on time response to enquiries.
· Proper tracking on Quotations.
Going ahead Profile will have additional responsibilities as below:
· Prepare a database of potential customers through various sources online and offline.
· Enquiry generation (B2B portals, internet, existing clients referrals, industrial magazines)
· Cold calling / Emails with enquiry data track through systems
Identify key decision makers for qualified leads and schedule meetings with them to initiate the Sales Process
